Manila, Philippines — AI-powered payment solution Sniffy emerged as the overall winner of the Build In! Payments Hackathon, a competition that challenged Filipino developers to create payment technologies addressing practical business and financial needs.
Built for founders and product teams, Sniffy enables AI agents to autonomously pay for and obtain App Store Optimization (ASO) data, integrating ASO research into agentic workflows. The platform eliminates the need for manual dashboard monitoring while helping improve app visibility on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The hackathon was organized by Morph, in collaboration with Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and DvCode Technologies Inc., featuring five competition tracks: Cross-Border Remittance, SME Payments, Payroll/B2B, FX Treasury, and x402 Agentic Payments.
Other winning entries included Mandate402 for x402 Agentic Payments, Centrus Sovereign for Cross-Border Remittance, Ember for SME Payments, PayMemo for Payroll/B2B, Agent Mesh for the Community Choice Award, and Echo for the Blockchain4Youth Award.
The projects collectively showcased the expanding capabilities of Filipino Web3 developers while highlighting collaborative innovation across the country’s blockchain community.
Participants competed for a 3,500 USDC prize pool, with the competition concluding through an awarding ceremony held at YSpaces BGC in Taguig City.
According to the organizers, the initiative was designed to encourage innovation, inspire developers, and strengthen the Web3 ecosystem through the combined builder programs of Morph and Bitget. Participants were likewise introduced to Morph’s technology, community, and development opportunities within its ecosystem.

Beyond the competition, organizers incorporated mentorship activities, collaborative development sessions, and educational discussions that encouraged participants to expand their technical capabilities while engaging with fellow builders.
The program also featured Eli Rabadon, CEO of DvCode Technologies Inc. and author of Programming4Youth: Code Like a Cook, who encouraged participants to embrace experimentation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.
